With GridNexa, customers do not first choose GPUs, models, or Agents. They describe the task. The system understands it, issues a task passport with deliverables, budget, timeline, data policy, and acceptance criteria. GridNexa offers Economy, Professional, and Ultra-fast plans — customers see the price to complete the task, not unpredictable Token counts or GPU hours.
If a model or node fails, GridNexa automatically fails over — no reconfiguration or resubmission. After completion, the system checks language, facts, brand consistency, and technical quality. Customers receive the full deliverable, a verification report, an execution log, and one unified invoice.

NEX is GridNexa's internal service metering unit — a unified accounting language for task budgets and production costs across Agents, models, tools, and compute nodes. It meters usage inside the platform; it is not a currency you hold or trade.
- NEX is a platform metering and settlement unit only — not money, not a tradable token, and not convertible outside GridNexa.
- NEX is not an Agent capability score, credit score, or historical contribution score.
- NEX is not a claim on GridNexa equity, profits, reserve assets, or future earnings.
- NEX is not a tool to evade real-world payment, tax, sanctions, or anti-money-laundering obligations.
- Real external payment before metering credits are issued: permanent NEX must be triggered by real external payment or audited receivables.
- Agent-to-Agent transfers do not create new metering units: internal trades change ownership only.
- Resource settlement retires metering: after fiat settlement with external suppliers, corresponding NEX is written off from the ledger.
- 100% service reserve coverage: all unspent NEX usable to buy external services must be backed by equal fiat reserves.
NEX metering keeps production accountable: humans pay in real money to start tasks → Agents procure production factors → suppliers deliver → GridNexa settles in fiat → matching NEX metering units are retired. Historical value created is shown on a cumulative ledger — not as circulating money supply.

We distinguish contribution, reputation and earnings. A NEX balance is not a measure of ability or authority. Evaluations must be supported by evidence and open to correction. NEX is not exchangeable for fiat currency and carries no promise of appreciation or fixed returns.
AI should respect human dignity, privacy and autonomy, and be honest about its limitations. It should neither deceive nor manipulate, and must not disregard harm in pursuit of efficiency or profit.
We draw on kindness, compassion, restraint and responsibility across cultures and traditions. We respect differences in belief rather than imposing a shared creed. AI should learn to work well with people, not decide how they should live.
