Security at GridNexa.
Learn how GridNexa approaches data protection, access control, infrastructure security and responsible disclosure during Platform Preview.
GridNexa is building security into every layer of its AI compute and application ecosystem.
The platform is currently in Platform Preview. Some security controls are already active on the public website and preview environment, while additional infrastructure, monitoring and compliance controls are being implemented for general availability.
We do not claim certifications or compliance coverage that has not yet been independently verified.
During Platform Preview, GridNexa provides access to product demonstrations, early account features and selected test workflows.
Preview data is clearly labeled. Additional separation controls between preview and future production environments are under development. GPU availability, marketplace activity, usage records and earnings displayed as Demo Data do not represent live transactions or guaranteed capacity.
Users should not submit confidential, regulated or production-sensitive information unless GridNexa has explicitly approved the relevant workflow.
Encrypted Transport
ActiveGridNexa uses HTTPS and TLS to protect data transmitted between supported browsers and the public platform.
Authentication
ActiveAccount and platform access is authenticated on the public website and preview environment.
Role-based API Access
In developmentAccess to internal, developer and compute functions is being separated according to user role and authorization level.
Preview Payment Data
ActiveGridNexa does not store payment-card credentials in Platform Preview demonstration flows. Any future payment processing will be handled through approved payment infrastructure and documented before paid services become generally available.
Environment Separation
In developmentDemo information and production information are intended to remain logically separated. Preview data must not be presented as live customer activity, real earnings or guaranteed compute inventory.
GridNexa is developing controls for compute-node verification, workload isolation, credential protection, resource access and operational monitoring.
Before production workloads are generally available, GridNexa intends to document:
- Compute-provider verification requirements
- Workload and tenant isolation controls
- Secrets and API-key management
- Administrative access controls
- Security logging and monitoring
- Backup and recovery procedures
- Vulnerability and patch-management processes
- Incident response and notification procedures
GridNexa collects only the information required to operate the website, manage accounts, process contact requests and understand platform usage.
Details about collected information, purposes, analytics and user rights are described in the GridNexa Privacy Policy.
Regional data residency, regulated workloads and enterprise-specific retention requirements will be evaluated separately. They should not be considered generally available unless confirmed in writing.
Compute providers applying to join GridNexa may be required to complete identity, ownership, infrastructure and operational checks before handling approved workloads.
Listing a compute resource in a preview interface does not mean the resource has completed production security verification.
GridNexa is currently in Platform Preview and does not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR certification or any other independent certification unless explicitly stated and supported by current documentation.
GridNexa is developing its security and compliance program in line with the requirements of its products, customers and operating regions.
If you believe you have identified a security issue involving the GridNexa website or Platform Preview environment, please contact:
- Include a clear description of the issue, the affected URL or feature, steps to reproduce it and any supporting evidence.
- Please do not access, modify or download data that does not belong to you.
Enterprise users and compute partners may contact GridNexa to discuss security requirements, data handling and deployment conditions.
Security controls and product capabilities described as planned, in development or intended for later releases are not yet generally available. This page will be updated as the GridNexa platform moves toward production.
